Client Benefits Advisor | Remote | Flexible Schedule

We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Benefits Advisor . This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping individuals and families understand their available benefits while building a rewarding career from home.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Educate clients on available benefit options and financial protection solutions
• Help clients understand their coverage choices and enrollment options
• Answer client questions with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
