Company is in search of an Entry Level CAD Designer within the York PA area! We are in search of candidates that are innovative and passionate in product design looking to start their career with an exciting/unique company! Candidates that are interested will need an Associate's degree or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Design or Technology along with 1 year of experience in drafting and design. New graduates please apply as well!
Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring equipment. We are seeking designers that are proficient using Autodesk CAD and Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Familiarity with other CAD packages, such as Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks, is a plus.
This is a contract to hire position ranging from $24.04-28.85/hr. Contract length is 6 months but could be converted before that! Company offers an excellent benefits package along with 2 shift options! Please apply today!

responsibilities:
- Create high-precision 3D CAD models, detailed production drawings, and manufacturing files (DXFs, STPs) that turn concepts into reality.
- Apply smart manufacturing techniques to engineer cost-effective, build-ready parts that keep production running smoothly.
- Assist in assembling, testing, and evaluating prototype parts to validate designs before full-scale launch.
- Reverse engineer existing products and components to improve performance, quality, and documentation.
- Review, verify, and distribute bulletproof drawings, creating clear assembly and installation guides that set our production teams up for success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, keep project milestones on track, maintain organized engineering files, and serve as the go-to CAD mentor for teammates.
