We are seeking an Entry Level Electrical CAD Drafter. This position is an entry level drafting position for a CAD Technician. The job calls for providing assistance to engineering and design staff in the preparation of contract engineering drawings and other related engineering materials. Position requires a fundamental understanding of drafting practices and drawing presentation. Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, assists in the preparation of engineering drawings based on detailed sketches and redline markups provided by BIM designers and engineers.
• Utilizes basic 2D CAD tools and performs basic calculations to support drawing layouts.
• Follows the Carollo/Client CAD Drawing Production Standards.
• Works within a project team and professional office environment.
• Works in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of wo years of CAD drafting experience with MicroStation (Training certification may substitute for up to 2 years of experience).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fundamental knowledge of CAD drafting practices.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Pay Range: $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
