You’ll work across:
Commercial HVAC systems
Dry-cleaning production equipment
Boilers, compressors, presses, and motors
Commercial laundry machinery
Light vehicle maintenance
General facility improvements

5 - 10+ years HVAC service experience
EPA 608 Universal Certification (Or Equivalent)
Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently
Clean driving record
Stable work history
Clear documentation and communication
You must be flexible. This is hands-on, practical work across multiple areas — not a narrow specialty role.
Refrigeration experience
Light plumbing or electrical
Small engine repair
Automotive service knowledge
Comfortable using AI or digital tools to research and solve problems

Participate in limited on-call rotation
Your performance directly impacts company profitability and operations.
$65,000–$75,000 base salary
