Task Order Objective:
Below are required tasks for this position:
Support cosmetic compliance functions by utilizing FDA systems to evaluate inventory, conduct research, and collate data to inform surveillance activity decision-making and work planning.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will facilitate project team status, schedule development, risk/issue reviews and corrective action meetings.
Maintain program level issues/action logs, risk registers, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, and program cost tracking.
Create and manage accurate detailed Master and Integrated sub- project schedules with some follow-up by Sr. Program Manager to ensure data quality.
Capture project information, analyze data from schedule updates (e.g., critical path), work with project team members to resolve logic errors, help explain changes due to updates, and update plan according to actions taken by the project team to resolve schedule problems.
Required Experience:
BS degree
4-6yrs of required experience
