Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Project Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting project planning, coordinating schedules, tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and assisting project teams in delivering successful business initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, office support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
