Join Our Client as a Safety Manager in Manassas, VA a mission-driven pioneer empowering the planet! We seek safety leaders with 2-4 yrs' experience, a HS diploma, and strong hazard identification skills to oversee field safety, precast, and MEP construction activities.

location: Manassas, Virginia

salary: $60 - 77 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: High School

responsibilities:

• Participate in daily High-Risk Activity (HRA) meetings to review planned work, identify potential hazards, and align contractor teams on safety expectations.

• Maintain a highly visible field presence to observe construction activities including precast erection and MEP work while coaching trades and providing immediate safety guidance.

• Review site operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve processing or production problems and motivate teams.

• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC), coordination, and project team meetings to track corrective actions and drive schedule predictability.

• Assist in developing production tracking systems, monitoring quality standards, and preparing comprehensive safety and personnel reports.
