Salary: $125,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph.
• We need strong hands-on experience with Esri tools, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and secure enterprise Esri portals.
• We expect senior-level proficiency in Python and the data science and visualization stack, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, Bokeh, and similar libraries.
• We look for proven experience building highly tailored visualizations and analytical applications to address specialized operational and business needs.
• We require experience automating analytic and business workflows using Python and related technologies.
• We seek experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured data.
• We need 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and business analytics, with professional certifications or technical training considered toward some of the experience requirement.
• We value experience supporting Intelligence Community operations.
• We require demonstrated data mining experience and the ability to develop, maintain, and manipulate databases.
• We look for experience identifying and delivering system enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and modernization efforts.
• We expect knowledge of advanced analytic methods and the ability to apply them in support of mission and business goals.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
• We require Python experience, ideally 4 years or more.
• We require a Top Secret security clearance.

• We develop advanced analytical outputs and visualizations aligned to mission and business requirements.
• We automate analytical and operational business processes using Python and related tools.
• We apply AI and machine learning methods to uncover insights from structured and unstructured datasets.

• We contribute to system improvements, new capabilities, concept demonstrations, and modernization initiatives.
