About the Role:

Ostlund, a trusted name in facilities maintenance and specialized services, is seeking dedicated Tile/Facilities Technicians to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing tile and supporting overall facility upkeep for commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace ceramic and VCT tile.
• Perform grout sealing, patching, and surface preparation with sanded and epoxy.
• Carry out general facility maintenance duties (minor plumbing, light carpentry, fixture repairs).
• Maintain a clean and safe job site during and after installations.
• Accurately document work performed using provided software or forms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in tile installation or general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and tile layout plans.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
