Overview
Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist is sought for a travel assignment in Templeton, California. The start date is 08/31/2026 for a 13-week duration. Earn $2,306 to $2,446 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic, computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, and/or mammography equipment; perform at least three modalities regularly
- Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs; ensure patient and staff safety during imaging procedures
- Prepare contrast agents for imaging procedures and perform mobile imaging as needed
- Verify equipment readiness, test defibrillator functionality, and check the crash cart; maintain imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
- Document procedures, ensure accurate labeling and image quality, and communicate findings to radiologists and clinical teams
- Contribute to departmental goals and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Licensure: current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice
- Certifications: ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) required; current certification in at least one additional advanced modality (e.g., CT, Mammography, MRI, NM, Sonography, RT PET) required; ARRT-CT or ARRT-M etc. credentials or equivalent accepted
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- Experience: three years of technical imaging experience preferred
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; CPR may be accepted per policy
- Additional: ability to work night shifts in a travel assignment; capability to perform three modalities; willingness to work in a short-term acute care hospital setting
