We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Figma expertise , strong visual design skills, and proven experience working within and contributing to established design systems and component libraries.

The selected candidate will work closely with design leads, developers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate strategic direction into polished, production-ready interfaces, prototypes, and reusable design components. Candidates must demonstrate strong design-system thinking, attention to visual details, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute high-quality UI design across multiple active web and mobile projects.
• Work within established design systems while contributing incremental enhancements and new patterns.
• Partner with design leads to translate strategic direction into polished, production-ready screens, components, and prototypes.
• Extend existing component libraries by creating new components, variants, patterns, and supporting documentation.
• Create wireframes and prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to clearly communicate design intent.
• Apply UX fundamentals including user flows, information architecture, usability, and interaction design to inform UI decisions.
• Design responsive and adaptive web experiences as well as native mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity designs with strong attention to typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, consistency, and usability.
• Develop interactive prototypes demonstrating transitions, component states, and interaction logic.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from design leads, stakeholders, product teams, and developers.
• Manage multiple concurrent design workstreams and communicate blockers or dependencies proactively.
• Support developer handoff by providing clear specifications, assets, component details, and interaction behavior.
• Participate in design QA to ensure the implemented product aligns with approved designs and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation to resolve design and usability questions.
• Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.x standards to digital experiences.
• Maintain consistency across products while identifying opportunities for usability and visual improvements.

• 10+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level UI execution in production environments.
• Expert-level Figma experience , including:
  • Components
  • Variants
  • Auto Layout
