CLIENT LIAISON REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role

  • The Client Liaison Representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their care journey. This role supports scheduling, coordination, insurance readiness, communication, and continuity of care while helping ensure clients feel supported, informed, and connected to services.
  • This is a highly interactive remote role that combines client communication, problem-solving, scheduling coordination, and administrative follow-through.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, emotionally steady, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule new and returning client appointments
  • Support recurring appointment coordination and continuity of care
  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status
  • Collect and document required intake and payment information
  • Follow up regarding missed appointments, incomplete documentation, and scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate information within CRM and EHR systems
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and payer representatives
  • Escalate concerns appropriately and collaborate with internal teams as needed

  • Provider schedules remain organized and optimized
  • Insurance and intake requirements are completed prior to appointments
  • Communication remains calm, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Documentation and sy records remain accurate and timely

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or customer support experience
  • Behavioral health or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace required
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems

Work Structure

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Remote position
  • Scheduled daytime shift coverage required
  • Occasional weekend rotation may be required
